Billed per started hour. An app that only runs during the day is billed only for the hours it actually consumes resources. You see a live projection in your account.
Each resource has a monthly cap that is never exceeded — even if it runs the entire month.

Both plans include a monthly usage budget: €19 for Starter, €49 for Pro. This amount is consumed against your actual usage first — anything beyond is added at list prices.
Example Pro: you use €40/month in resources — pay only the €49 base. Use €70/month, then €21 of overage appears on the invoice.

Yes. Performance levels (RAM & CPU) for Spaces, Containers, databases and Cronjobs can be adjusted anytime without downtime. Billing continues proportionally.
Storage can also be expanded anytime in 1 GB increments. Storage reduction is not possible for technical reasons.

Yes, traffic is included on all plans under the Fair Use principle. Normal usage — even multiple TB per month — incurs no extra cost.
Inbound traffic is always and unlimited free. For extreme spikes we reserve the right to make individual arrangements.

Pro lifts the resource limits and unlocks two additional capabilities: cloud integrations for S3-compatible object storage; and the full container workflow with templates, deployments and your own OCI images from any registry.
Plus longer backup retention and priority support with 4 hours response time.

When at least one applies: multiple people with different roles need access, you require SSO via your identity provider, a tamper-proof audit log or a dedicated account manager with phone availability.
Also if you need a custom DPA with specific addenda or a dedicated cluster, Enterprise is the right plan. We make an offer that fits your reality.

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Yearly plans run for the chosen term, then convert to monthly and can be cancelled anytime. No cancellation fees, no activation fees.
The one-time setup fee of €19 is refunded if you delete your account within 30 days.

SEPA direct debit (default, free), credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, and invoice with 14-day terms from Pro tier. Billing is monthly in arrears for actual usage.

Upgrade and downgrade in both directions, without downtime, with prorated billing. A change from Starter to Pro takes effect in the same hour; included usage is prorated. On downgrade you receive a credit on the next invoice.
